For a quick stay it’s fine but it didn’t have hot water . I tried at night and in the morning and it continued to run cold .

Not a good experience. But don’t happen again

There were a lot of termites in the bed, and they crawled all over your body, keeping you awake. If you extended your stay, you had to leave to check in. Otherwise, if you didn't leave, you had to pay an extra $80 when the room was $49. There was only boiling hot water, and it usually smelled strongly of marijuana. No one was laughing at this experience.

The very first night there was a mouse in the room customer service from the desk was absolutely terrible the whole time I stayed there and you asked for towels two three times you don't get a response so you have to go track somebody down no washer dryer just not a very good stay find different Hotel

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at using Hotels.com. It was roach invested and the sheets on the bed were not clean. I highly recommend that Hotels.com remove this hotel from your website. I am a business woman and me and my organization were very disappointed with the service, cleanliness of this hotel. They treated me as if I was this homeless low income customer. I respectfully ask that hotels.com refund me my money for the stay at this hotel and compensation for the inconvenience. I left my clothes and computer equipment in my car and slept in the chair that was in the hotel room to ensure that roaches would not get into my luggage nor my computer bag.
