I suppose a moldy smell in our room because the AC dripped continuously wetting a large area under the window. Great location. This place just needs to be updated. The rooms are a nice size and there are good local amenities.

Cocoa Beach Suites
The carpet needs to be replaced, the sink and tub don't drain well, the bed is very firm, the couch sags and isn't comfortable. We had to have our room keys reprogrammed twice.
