「A couple minor issues. No phone in room. No USB Accessibility. Larger issue, no evacuation map posted in room. Major issues, staying in a mobility suite the walk-in shower used a curtain which didn’t extend to floor and had nothing to retain the water. Entire bathroom floor was a flooded when my shower was over The one outside entrance door did lock! No one at front desk at 4:30 AM when I needed to check out. Left my room key in bin on front desk. Very bad experience. Will never stay there...

「This was our first time staying in an Embassy suites hotel. The hotel itself beautiful. The evening reception and made to order breakfast were excellent. The only issue I had was that 10 minutes before checkout time. They came and knocked on our door to tell us it was time to leave. We were attempting to leave, but there were no carts to be able to get our luggage so we were waiting. I thought that was very rude. Also, I booked a king suite and upon arrival found out that they had overbooked...

「No hairdryers. Ask for one and that one didn’t work either. Fan in bathroom sounded like a freight train. Property needs a fresh coat of interior paint. Hotel as average at best.」

「It’s nothing luxurious but everything is there and it’s comfortable and peaceful. It’s a great place to go if you’re going to the hospital there or to visit or to see doctors or something, it’s not expensive go on Expedia and give it a try. I’ll stay there again for sure.」
