"There was a general feeling the reception staff were under pressure. Calling you up the check in and then passing you off to other staff member one minute later (1st of May) far right desk. It would have been better just to wait until a desk was free that could do a full check in. I also don't appreciate being greeting with a clip board at a run from the enterance at 00:50. And then passed off to reception without any sort of courtesy as they couldn't fine my name on a list. Just made me feel slightly unwelcome. As someone who stays in the area afton but never at this hotel it was a disappointment to a general excellent feeling from all other services. Room 539,"

"Room almost claustrophobic - very compact "

"Clean spacious room but was executive. Staff most of them friendly and helpful. Bathroom door stop was just by sink and I kept hitting it with my foot - not good. Should have alternative coffee to coffee machine as had kettle to make tea. Should have instructions on how to use coffee machine. It was easy to knock off as kept going red on me but very helpful member of staff showed me what was wrong "

"Beautiful hotel, staff were so welcoming and professional. I was visiting wih my 77yr old Dad and we were so happy with our choice. The location is ideal, close to the sea, station, shops and restaurants but still very peaceful and quiet. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended. Thanks"

"We were booked in a deluxe king room. I felt it was small for a deluxe room. The bus was right outside the door so that was great! I’m not sure if it’s Ireland, but there was no fridge in the room, nor ice machines. The staff were very helpful! They were able to answer all of our questions and were very attentive. We had the breakfast included and was traditional Irish breakfast. I would recommend more fruit options, but this also may be seasonal. Overall we had a nice time. The weather was absolutely beautiful!"
