「What a beautiful place to stay, room was so quiet, large and the beds were very comfortable. The highlight is of course the breakfast, it was excellent, ate too much but can't blame anyone else for that. The staff and the amenities are excellent, we stayed in Winter and would have enjoyed staying longer, to experience the relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend this location and hotel 」

「Comfortable room with all the basic necessities in place. Friendly owner and staff. Close to bus stop for buses that take you to city centre. While the DART station is slightly far away, it’s a nice 20-minute walk in the neighbourhood (and through a lovely little park). I was spoilt by the delicious breakfast every morning! 」

「I travel regularly to Dublin and have tried most of the hotels in the area. This is a guesthouse with great rooms. The rooms are well-kept, clean, air-conditioned, have coffee machines, and even a cork screw. The location is perfect, and it’s now my home in Dublin! 」

「The room was great and comfortable, though a bit small. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with a large soaking tub, but getting out requires some care due to the high step, and taller guests may need to bend a bit in the shower. Overall, it was an extremely nice and comfortable stay. We enjoyed the location, as it’s close to a bus stop, eateries, and a few bars. The customer service was excellent!」

「Rooms are big enough. Breakfast was great. The surrounding neighbourhood is nice and quiet but within reach to city centre. Highly recommended. 」

「15 min walk to Temple Bar, there is a taxi lay-by right outside the hotel if you prefer to get around this way. Ubers arrived within 5 mins. There are lots of bars and restaurants on the next street by the hotel. Room was of a very high standard - The bed was enormous! We also arrived to birthday chocolates for my husbands 40th which was a nice touch. For some reason there was a lot of banging which did disturb us so not sure if maintenence work was being carried out.」
