Search Pousadas in Ilha dos Frades

It was a very nice stay. Everything was very well.

Everything about this Pousada was great! I have to admit, perhaps my positive experience was amplified by the fact that I had just spent 7 horrible days at a gross hostel (yes, hostel, not hotel). But, Pousada da Mangueira definitely delivered! The manager, Claudio, was awesome. He had a car waiting for me at the airport. When I arrived, he was incredibly service oriented. Sylvia, the head housekeeper / cook / etc, was awesome. She was always around to help with anything I needed (a glass of...

Close to the water. Some rooms have views. Pool was in good shape.

This Pousada is located in a nice well lit area that is steps away from restaurants, police station, bank and churches. Lots of other things like museums, more restaurants, cable cars etc are also walk away. The Pousada itself is small and cute with about less then 10 rooms, therefore, you get a more personalized service. It has breakfast available everyday for a very small fee and it is delivered to your room. Reagan one of the managers and Sandra one of the other staff members were absolutely...

Close to the site I came to see.

2 noce, i obie w różnych pokojach.

Funcionários e gerentes muito competentes e extremamente gentis. Voltarei a me hospedar aqui toda vez que for a Salvador.

clean, comfortable accommodations. Fast wifi(although it went out for a day while I was there). Very reasonably priced for my own single bedroom with air conditioning and a shower/bathroom.

Stayed here with my husband during the Brazil 2014 World Cup. The main reason to pick this place was the location because it is very near from the Arena Fonte Nova where the matches took place and walking distance from Pelourinho (the historic centre). I was worried about some of the reviews posted in here mainly regarding the security of the neighborhood but there was no problems at all. If you use common sense and don't walk around showing your valuable stuff, you will not have any problems....
