"Quarto com cortinas caídas pela metade , devido as chuvas as janelas não bloqueavam corretamente a água , ocasionando várias goteiras a noite toda de chuvas, ocasionando alagamento de pequeno porte no quarto.
Devido hotel estar com a ocupação rota nesse dia , não houve como trocar de apto.
O que não justifica , reservar um quarto com esse problema grave na minha opnião , foi uma noite sem dormir.
Espero que resolvam esse problema , evitando que outros hóspedes passem por isso .
