Adoro ficar aqui. Gosto dos empregados da recepção e fica bem fácil para ir para o shopping Salvador. A única coisa chata é o elevador que demora muito e também é quente e balança. O rooftop é legal.

Excelente relação preço/qualidade do serviço. Funcionários atentos. Destaque para Lucineia, do café da manhã. Há vinte anos não tinha o privilégio de vê-la. Eu a conheci no Hotel Le Meridien. Ela continua a mesma: simpática, educada, prestativa. Nota 10 para ela.

Pontos a serem analisados.

Escolhi o dia do meu aniversário planejando ficar na cobertura e não foi possível, não pude usar porque estava tendo evento até 01h da manhã, achei isso bem desconfortável para hóspedes que não gostariam de está no evento e sim usar a área oferecida no anúncio. O elevador parou, apagou luzes, ninguém deu suporte, subiu sozinho e ninguém em nenhum momento observou na câmera para oferecer ajuda. No final queriam cobrar taxa de estacionamento, um hotel com diária caríssima e ainda o hóspede ter que pagar para estacionar, também achei bem errado, mas não pagamos por um funcionário da diária anterior ter liberado, no dia seguinte fui cobrada e tive que explicar o acordo que deveria ser padrão, enfim. Esperava mais.

Staff were great except the guy on reception on check in who was snorting and burping during the process. On the same night, trying to get the lift to work was almost impossible. Several guests stood trying to get the lift from the 21st floor for at least 15 minutes. Great rooftop terrace with excellent views. Breakfast was disappointing with very little choice and stale milk! Not a bad hotel overall but some easy wins to make it better.
