"Love the hotel! Most of everything was perfect but our room was pretty tiny than I expected. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom is unique and wired. The wall is see-through clear wall and there is a curtain to covered the wall. "

"Hotel is in a great location. It is just across the street from the shinagawa station. From there you can get most places. Only negative is breakfast buffet. It is fairly pricey . The selection of western types of food is not up to par for the price. I would have expected an omelette station for the price. Food was generally not hot but maybe that is an asian thing. Overall the hotel is very good. There is a 7-11 just outside the hotel if you prefer a quick breakfast. Closest macdonalds is on the other side of the train station but not too far if you are looking for inexpensive breakfast. I would stay again because of access to the train station"

"I stayed at one of the airport-area branches of Henn na Hotel in Japan. I know this hotel brand is quite well-known for its robot front desk, and this was my first time trying one near the airport. Overall, I had a pretty good experience. Here are some detailed thoughts: 1. Location & Surroundings (a) Distance: It’s not as close to the airport as I expected. It took me about 10 minutes by taxi. (b) Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet, which I appreciated. (c) Convenience: The nearest convenience store is about a 10-minute walk away. However, it’s quite large and offers a great variety of food options. 2. Robot Self-Service I would say this experience is a bit of a mixed bag. While it’s interesting, it can sometimes take longer than expected. For example, scanning documents felt slower than if it were handled by a human staff member. 3. Dining Experience (a) Breakfast: Surprisingly excellent. I highly recommend it — the food tasted great and there was a wide variety of choices. (b) Late-night food: A very thoughtful touch is that the hotel offers frozen meals for guests arriving late at night. They are affordable and can be easily heated in the microwave, which is quite convenient. 4. Room Condition The room was clean and well-maintained, meeting standard expectations. "Had a very nice room with super comfortable bed and pillows. View of cityscape was also lovely. I was surprised at being told there was a charge to keep our luggage (2 hours before checkin) and actually I refused to pay it. A lovely staff member made concessions and kept our luggage at no cost and then actually took our bags to our room for us. I think the room rate charge should include holding a few pieces of luggage for customers, without any additional fees. Apart from that, shuttle to airport was a bonus and much appreciated. "
