A special mention to the Manager, Aissian, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and were upgraded to a suite. 「We had a pool-view room which was lovely and spacious. Staff were very friendly. There was a good variety of food on offer for all-inclusive, and the food was of good quality. The only disappointment we had was realising that you had to pay to use the indoor pool (about £20pp per hour). I had not seen any mention of this when booking. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather and it was cold and rained for the 3 days we were there (Jan 2026), meaning we could not use the outdoor pool. ...
