「飯店的位置很好，又有一個大的地下停車場，這在Evora老城區是非常難得的。飯店是5星等級，但房間和reception的服務卻不怎麼樣，尤其是reception的櫃臺人員，請教他走道上的咖啡機怎麼使用，他站在reception，邊回答身體晃來晃去，一直説房間也有咖啡機！撇開這個，餐廳的服務和餐點品質是受肯定的，Deaust’AR是米其林推薦餐廳，是的，它所有的一切值得這樣的推崇。」

「就在古蹟神殿旁邊，飯店服務人員親切有禮，語言溝通沒有問題，入住時會招待迎賓紅酒1杯，會提供地圖介紹如何探索Evora周遭，房間的佈置風格很溫馨，乾淨舒適，雖然是位在古蹟裡，但軟硬體設備都很新穎，早餐很豐盛，用餐環境很好，在住宿方面沒有遇到任何不愉快的問題，很棒的住宿體驗。」

「This is a small gem of a hotel very close to the Cathedral and the Roman ruins. Staff were very helpful and the room was quiet. The rooftop terrace was a definite plus and the breakfast cereals and yogurt were good. My only complaint is that they only had herb teas for breakfast and after I asked about black tea the first morning they did nothing to get any in for the next two days of my stay.」

「This place needs more attention to the interiors. Stained sofa and lots of scraped walls. Main concern for cleanliness was the beds: The bottom sheet was clean, but the duvet covers had obviously not been changed between guests and were soiled (including small blood spots). Looked like they were thrown on the floor (dirt/dust) and then put back on. We found some of the clean linens in the closet, so we ended up changing them ourselves before sleeping in the beds.
