「From the moment we arrived, the staff took excellent care of us. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed and a terrace. Great shower, but wish the sink had more counter space. The breakfast selection was very good including fresh made -to-order eggs, pastries, fruits and gluten free options. Loved our stay and would highly recommend. Central location in old town near to the market and restaurants/shops.」

「The hostel was very cozy and the staff made the stay quite enjoyable. Lounge and kitchen access should be 24 hours and not just until 10 pm. Post check-out, access should be granted to the lounge since check out time is so early in the day. Overall, had a great stay! Would recommend this hostel to other travellers! 」

「Clean and beautiful hotel」

「Huge lovely apartment with a full kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Good location close to the cathedral for easy walking around town. Only downside was the amount of noise off the street. Vehicles and people…it hadn’t seemed like a busy street when we arrived but it turned out to be busy late in the evening and then again in the morning. Would be good to have better sound proofing shutters on the windows. Otherwise a fabulous place and would be wonderful for a couple families or small...

「飯店的位置很好，又有一個大的地下停車場，這在Evora老城區是非常難得的。飯店是5星等級，但房間和reception的服務卻不怎麼樣，尤其是reception的櫃臺人員，請教他走道上的咖啡機怎麼使用，他站在reception，邊回答身體晃來晃去，一直説房間也有咖啡機！撇開這個，餐廳的服務和餐點品質是受肯定的，Deaust’AR是米其林推薦餐廳，是的，它所有的一切值得這樣的推崇。」

「就在古蹟神殿旁邊，飯店服務人員親切有禮，語言溝通沒有問題，入住時會招待迎賓紅酒1杯，會提供地圖介紹如何探索Evora周遭，房間的佈置風格很溫馨，乾淨舒適，雖然是位在古蹟裡，但軟硬體設備都很新穎，早餐很豐盛，用餐環境很好，在住宿方面沒有遇到任何不愉快的問題，很棒的住宿體驗。」

「This place needs more attention to the interiors. Stained sofa and lots of scraped walls. Main concern for cleanliness was the beds: The bottom sheet was clean, but the duvet covers had obviously not been changed between guests and were soiled (including small blood spots). Looked like they were thrown on the floor (dirt/dust) and then put back on. We found some of the clean linens in the closet, so we ended up changing them ourselves before sleeping in the beds. 「酒店安排我在地牢最下便角落一間房，窗外是地牢，上邊是泳池出入口，人們在上邊不斷經過，很嘈。平台上邊有花槽，職員淋花我的地牢地台濕了一大半，我住三晚，每天都有人check in check out,但他們總說無房可換，車位不足，每天都說沒有車位要泊去酒店外邊停車位，二千多一晩不值」

You can walk to the Chapel of Bones or to the Roman Temple, without issue.you need to check in at the Ale Hop store on the main floor, the staff is nice is friendly. They have a communal area with a kitchen and lau dry machines. Although they do not offer breakfast, guests have access to milk in the fridge and cereal, as well as do e fresh fruit.
