「From the moment we arrived, the staff took excellent care of us. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed and a terrace. Great shower, but wish the sink had more counter space. The breakfast selection was very good including fresh made -to-order eggs, pastries, fruits and gluten free options. Loved our stay and would highly recommend. Central location in old town near to the market and restaurants/shops.」

「Huge lovely apartment with a full kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Good location close to the cathedral for easy walking around town. Only downside was the amount of noise off the street. Vehicles and people…it hadn’t seemed like a busy street when we arrived but it turned out to be busy late in the evening and then again in the morning. Would be good to have better sound proofing shutters on the windows. Otherwise a fabulous place and would be wonderful for a couple families or small...

Main concern for cleanliness was the beds: The bottom sheet was clean, but the duvet covers had obviously not been changed between guests and were soiled (including small blood spots). You can walk to the Chapel of Bones or to the Roman Temple, without issue.you need to check in at the Ale Hop store on the main floor, the staff is nice is friendly. They have a communal area with a kitchen and lau dry machines. Although they do not offer breakfast, guests have access to milk in the fridge and cereal, as well as do e fresh fruit. 「酒店安排我在地牢最下便角落一間房，窗外是地牢，上邊是泳池出入口，人們在上邊不斷經過，很嘈。平台上邊有花槽，職員淋花我的地牢地台濕了一大半，我住三晚，每天都有人check in check out,但他們總說無房可換，車位不足，每天都說沒有車位要泊去酒店外邊停車位，二千多一晩不值」

「Communication was terrible. We did not get an email with access codes and Limehouse did not send us a phone number to call. I pushed ALL the room bells and a man from Mozambique opened the door for us and called Limehouse for us who then emailed access codes. The same thing happened to EIGHT visitors as we were leaving. Another issue was the shower which required turning the water to a dribble before it overflowed the shower pan. Nice place, poor management.」
