It could be a good experience; however, since the moment I checked in, I noticed I had been charged twice. This is because when I book with Expedia, I fully pay for my stay. But when I got to the hotel, they charged my card an additional $270, plus $50 extra for something I do not know. When I noticed the charges, I immediately went to the front desk and let the person at the desk know of the extra charges. She said that it would be deleted. Three days later, at the time of my checkout, I reminded the front desk person of the double charges. He looks confused about what I was talking about, but assures me the manager will call me to discuss the double charges. Two days have passed since I checked out, and no one has contacted me yet; the charges are still there. I am disappointed with how things turned out. I'm not sure if EXPEDIA did not have clear communication with the hotel, or the hotel personnel are trying to play smart with me. I need an answer.
