"The hotel is very convenient for flying out of the international terminal at Tokyo Haneda Airport. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The dinner offerings were delicious. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. The food was fresh and delicious. We would stay here again."

"Great location, had plenty to do and see in the area. Within easy reach of transport. Fresh towels every day and bins emptied, housekeeping every 3 days unless you request more, this worked for us. We didnt eat at tge hotel as we preferred to eat and experience all the local foods. "

"The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything. The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water. Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."

"Being right across the street from Shinagawa Station is the best part about this hotel’s location. Hotel staff were professional but were not the kind to give you the warm fuzzies. Hotel and rooms themselves were somewhat outdated, but clean. Would stay here again in a pinch, but not necessarily first choice."

"This was a nice place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a lot of options for breakfast and it was very close to shops, bus stops and train stations. I booked a quad room so me and my 2 friends had extra room. Beds were nice, pillows were a bit hard tho."
