great room - the suite was perfect for
our little family with in suite laundry. breakfast on the rooftop was a nice start to the day. appreciated the thoughtful details and the design of the hotel as well.

Excellent staff service, environment and experience comfortable and quiet providing a good rest. Driverless monorail to onsen was awesome with spectacular scenery. Free ice pops provided. Husband saw a deer in the grassland while using the onsen. Only regret was the food quality that couldn’t stand out.

Highly recommend, the hot spring is the best. They don’t use recycle water. Perfect view in the area. I will definitely come back again to Kagoshima area just for this hotel.

Great staff who can speak both English and Japanese fluently and very helpful. The laundry machine included in the room is very nice as it can wash and then dry. The kitchen is fully furnished and so nice there's a fridge. One of the best hotels I stayed at!

We arrived late and we unable to go to the restaurant in the hotel… we walked to the Main Street and all of the restaurants were closed
That is our only complaint… every thing was great at this hotel… loved the natural hot springs tub on our balcony

Hotel pretty old especially the room’s wall paper and furniture but overall it’s ok for a night stay. Adequate for me and convenient especially there is an on house bath facilities.

建物自体は古く使いづらい点はありましたが配慮が行き届いて良かったです。 窓からの景色も工場の煙や街の灯りがキレイでした。 もし今後変更が可能でしたら室内照明がリモコンタイプで調光可能事と室内のタンスの香料を微香料のものにしていただけると衣類に匂いが移らなくて良いかと思います。(匂いが強くてタンスは使用できませんでした。)
