The hotel itself is new, the rooms are clean, and there are no inconveniences. However, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, which is a little inconvenient.

The room is spacious and the bed is able to accommodate 2 persons. Room is generally clean but the air conditioning unit is for sure requiring some cleaning. Transportation is limited and only visitor with private transportation is recommended.

完全自動化さらたチェックインに戸惑う

チェックイン時の対応については不満があるが 部屋そのものは清潔で朝食についても地産地消のものが多く好感が持てる。この地域はホテルが少なく、立地は良いのでチェックインはQRコードやパスコードのメール送信を改善出来ればもっと良い評価になると思う。こちらも慣れる必要はあるとは思うが。

チェックインをする時に入口の番号がメールに届いて無かったので、ロック解除が出来ず電話で確認しなくちゃならなかったです。外人さんが出られ何を行ったいるか聞き取りにくかった。やはり、1人程受け付けなどして下さる方がいた方が、安心と思います。少し不便でした。

総合的には非常に満足です。 問い合わせの電話応対の先を外部委託しているようで日本語がおぼつかない外国の方だったので要領が得ずうまく伝わらず困った。メールでの返信を求められたが、自動配信のようで返信できず、結局電話するしか手立てがなかったとかホテルのサービスは良かった分、そのあたりが残念

静かでよかったです。無人は慣れてないので、パスワード設定などで戸惑いました。

5/2～3にかけて一泊しましたが、209号室の私のみ朝食のおかずが準備されておらず、残念でした。でも、お味噌汁をおかわりしたので大丈夫です。
