"I complained because there were no paper cups out for coffee or tea. I came to the lobby and spotted a worker in the area and told her there are no cups. She said she cant speak english and pointed at the desk. The desk was on the phone, so i spotted another employee asked for a drinking cup, and she told me she doesn’t know English and pointed at the desk as well. The reception was still on the phone, so I returned upstairs to my room and finished getting ready and then planned on grabbing a cuppa tea or coffee on the way out. I came down the elevator with my belongings. A staff member was no longer in the phone and was standing by the coffee cart. I told her I was upset because there were no cups and now I have to leave and I would’ve liked a cup of coffee or tea before I left she told me not to get loud in front of her customers. The last time I checked, I thought I was a customer. She told me I couldn’t stay at her hotel anymore so I was booted for complaining about no cups in the lobby, I won’t be going back obviously to spark hotels."

"It was fine. Beds a little firm but pillows good. Main room decently clean. Bathrooms were pretty bad, even for me…I’m not too picky. Tile grout was black (supposed to be light gray). Corners of floor had piles of hair/crums/grime. White socks were black from walking around room. Shower floor had that rough texture and had black grime in texture."

"Unfortunately, I will have to put this hotel on my list of places to NOT stay anymore. It's difficult to get comfortable at the "Comfort Inn" when you can't unpack your suitcase because there are no drawers/no storage. I have stayed at least three times since February. So within the last 5 months the washer still has not been fixed, as well as the vending machine for snacks, nor has the vending machine been re-stocked. And if you're trying to get some work done - forget about it. The Wi-fi is HORRIBLE!!!! The breakfast is very limited and not very good. Maybe try some variations of sausage (everybody doesn't eat pork) And I'm pretty sure the re-use of the milk and juice are health code violations."
