「The property was well kept up and very clean. The hot tub and bicycles were fun. Breakfast was fantastic. I would highly recomend a stay here.」

「Hotel and room are very charming, and the check-in/out process is very unique (no staff). The main draw back was that the only real amenity was the iced water jug, which was empty by 7:00 AM, and with no staff, there was no way to get it refilled. Loved the location, right in the middle of Silverton, which made dining and shopping convenient and enjoyable. Despite the water issue, it's definitely a very, very cool place to stay.」

「Staff was super friendly. Loved the free coffee and tea in the morning, Parking in and around the area was fine. The only downfall was the temp in the room. They have a swamp cooler, which is probably pretty normal for Silverton’s accommodations. I’m sure not very many buildings are air-conditioned in this town but was a little warm at night. It did cool off but took a smidge of time. Delightful place.」

「We were honestly shocked at how dirty the room was. Floors left our feet black with filth, and the sheets were "clean enough", yet had some hair and dirt flecks in them. The shower was good water pressure and heat, but the floor outside it had signs of water damage (squishy floorboards). Toilet seat was barely attached to toilet. We stayed in the mysterious room 10, which wasn't mentioned in the lobby signage, and we got in late so we had to call the emergency line to even find it. Turns...

「Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!」

「We’ve stayed at The Peaks on several occasions, and sadly, this trip was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the experience was poor. The front desk employee was curt and provided virtually no information about the hotel or amenities. We weren’t told that the pool was under construction, the waterslide was closed, the game room was closed, or that the restaurant wasn’t open. We weren’t given the Wi-Fi password, told where to find breakfast or what the coffee shop offered,...

「They did have mini refrigerator and fans in room. Beds were great, and had washer and dryer to use also. Hot tubs and grills were great.」
