This place is a gem. Located right in the middle of downtown. You can walk to restaurants, shopping, and the train station. We stayed in room #1. The room is totally updated with heated floors and a nice walk in shower. If you are looking to stay in Silverton, this should be your first choice. Highly recommend!!!!!

LOVED IT! Perfect for our family of 4 (1 King, 1 Queen & pull-out sofa). Beautiful remodel of a historical building - still had the Old Wild West feel, but modern. Only 3 rooms with an open communal sitting room (no TV, no front desk). Quiet and relaxing with AMAZING views. The one staff member we saw was super nice and helpful with local recommendations. Just can't say enough good things about this place - probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Wish we could have stayed longer and definitely will be back!

This was one of the cutest places we’ve ever stayed. I was blown away with all of the wood finishes, mining town feel, railroad memorabilia, cleanliness, and especially the rooftop balcony and sitting area. I will come back again and again.

Loved everything about our stay at the Frenchmen Suites. Check-in was a breeeze - we were just texted our room number and door code, and that’s all we needed. The experience felt very much like a short term rental experience, less like a hotel. The suite was beautifully decorated and every detail thought through. The bed was comfy and the sheets soft. I would love to stay here again!

What a great find this place is! I was with my two teens and we all loved it! Super nice, super clean, super comfy. Great communications with the hosts. We just really loved it all and will try to book it again next time we are in the area. Only bad thing was that they didn't have availability for us to stay an extra night. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

We stayed in room 3. It was nicely furnished, clean and a cute loft area with steps up to outdoor patio. Has 2 skylights and one window at patio area along with fans to help with air movement and cooling. Nice gathering area to relax at entryway downstairs with a few more amenities available.

Perfect Silverton Adventure

We visited Silverton to attend a family member’s wedding. It was a short two night stay and with few choices this location was PErFECT! Don’t let the outside appearance fool you. The owner has done a wonderful job renovating the interior- just 3 rooms- 1 upstairs / 2 first floor but very private. Codes entry so no keys to deal with. The design is wonderful and cute and just super cozy! Room was clean comfortable had everything needed for a short stay and the decor was wonderful!!

Very convenient

We loved the convenience, location, and aesthetic. We received the door code via text and were easily able to access the room. While the bed was comfortable, it stayed around 78 degrees inside once we closed the window in the bedroom, despite it being late May and much cooler outside. Since the suite was on the ground level with a road and houses directly facing the bedroom window, no privacy curtains only wood blinds, we closed the blinds the best we could and made do with fans overnight. The only other issue was that the shower looked like it needed cleaned, the walls had obvious white residue on the dark tiles, and the stone floor was uneven and not slopped towards the drain creating pooling and obviously had not been scrubbed clean.

Beautifully appointed unit! Great rooftop deck, great location in historic area. We loved everything about it! Great communication and easy to checkin. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was because it was so very hot overnight. We had the heat off, the sunlight and upper window open on a night that was 25 degrees F outside and full on snow in May, and the room was still in the high 70’s making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise we considered it a great find! We had a great dinner at Handlebars Saloon and breakfast at Coffee Bears, both so close. We will def come back to Silverton in the summer to hike this area.
