"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"

If you are wanting a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location this place is for you. However; the food is where I feel the hotel needs a little upgrading. I can only speak as a non-suite guest with access to only the buffet and snack bar, these were not what I would expect from a 5*. The à la carte restaurants looked truly amazing though and if we can ever come back and get a suite we will."

"We had a suite with our own pool which was nice. I didn’t like that you had to go to the desk to change the pool towels. The gym was an afterthought. It was small and only had one treadmill. We knew it was going to be great from the start as they gave us a warm welcome,the staff carried our luggage up to our room,Glenys the owner came to greet us and there was amenities in the room that included soft drinks and a bottle of wine in the fridge!!! We had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was a great siza qnd a lovely balcony. The room was cleaned everyday and the cleaners were very friendly. There was never a sunbed war at Amixis,we could go down to the pool at any time of day amd there would be sunbeds and parasols available for the 4 of us. We used the public transport to get to Rhodes Town,and there was a bus stop right on the main road outside the hotel which was great. It took less the ten minute walk down to the beach and walked to the centre of Lalyssos for our evening meal. I would certainly recommend this hotel for its friendly and welcoming way,convenience fod the hotel to supermarket,public transport and the beach,and there was always a sunbed available by the pool."
