Nice hotel. Clean room, decent balcony, quiet. The bar lounge area is nice to relax. Breakfast was a little disappointing and expensive so I only had it once. Unfortunately, coffee/juice isn’t included although the leaflet says it is (but turns out this is if you book breakfast as part of your room rate!) Very close to two beaches (I’d recommend Ellie beach) and near some restaurants and markets. They have a cool co-working space with some books. The staff are usually friendly (especially the night reception guy I met and the woman on reception when I checked out and the housekeeping staff always said good morning) but a female manager - I assume, due to her clothing - was less so. I smiled at her one morning and said hi and she totally ignored me…although I’m finding this is a common thing with hospitality staff on Rhodes? The have water filter stations on every floor but no water… Either remove them or provide them? Overall, good hotel, would stay again, but some areas to improve.

Staff were helpful and polite. Room clean. Balcony good views. Breakfast, only had once due to other things but great yoghurt. Bathrooms, had 2 rooms, small, showerhead great but flooded easily, required more bath mats. First room was fine but second in a corner was a lot better, seemed more square than long. We were happy.

Close to the old town & starting point to the excursions. Service could be better as I could see that i wasn’t being treated equally with other guests which made me feel uncomfortable & unwelcome. Otherwise, room service & room are well taken care of.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Kurze Wege zu Strand,City,Restaurants. Trotzdem hatten wir ein relativ ruhiges Zimmer. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas hellhörig.Trotzdem kann man gut schlafen. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und man kann sich selbst Kaffee zubereiten. Die Auswahl auf der Frühstückskarte ist gross genug und es hat lecker geschmeckt.Wir sagen Danke für die Woche Gastfreundschaft.

On our first day when we had use the sink lost of dirty smell water came up from the drain in the shower we had to wait for the next day before the maintenance man could come we were offered extra towels to put on the floor. At the same time our tv would not work we were told the maintenance man would also fix the it was not fixed he swop the tv which worked but needed the brightness changed we asked again twice at this stage we gave up

The room size was just right, with a balcony overlooking the sea, which was great. However, the bathroom and shower were quite small. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent, with plenty of food. The hotel is close to the sea — both the Aegean and Mediterranean sides — with a rocky beach. Parking is on the street, but we managed to find a spot for our car. It’s easy to walk around, with many restaurants, a spa-casino, and the port within walking distance. The location is excellent, the sea color is beautiful, and the hotel staff were very friendly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Payez plus pour aller ailleurs !

Hôtel bien placé dans la nouvelle ville, à 15min à pied du centre historique, à un prix très raisonnable. Cependant, on comprend mieux le prix lorsque l’on passe une nuit sur place. La chambre est spacieuse certes mais la salle de bain est minuscule et se transforme très vite en pédiluve faute de vraie douche... Le sol est trempé même en faisant attention et le tapis de bain aussi mais il faut le garder deux jours... car sous réserve d’écologie l’hôtel fait surtout des économies et ne change les serviettes que tous les deux jours mêmes sales. D’ailleurs, les nouvelles serviettes blanches présentent presqu’à chaque fois des tâches douteuses.. Le ménage est par ailleurs peu scrupuleux de très nombreux cheveux longs jonchant la chambre, sur le lit ou dans la salle de bain ! L’hôtel est très bruyant, les parois sont fines et certains clients peu respectueux faisant claquer les portes dans la nuit et parlant à haute voix dans le couloir à 1h du matin. Franchement, cet établissement est plus digne d'un camping 3 étoiles, vu le bruit, la propreté et l’état de la salle de bain, que d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. Je vous recommande vivement de mettre un peu plus cher pour aller dans un établissement plus propre et répondant davantage aux criteres attendus pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Everything was perfect! Except one thing, the first night we are arrived very late and we want to sleep. The housekeeping lady around 10:00 knocking on the door 1 time and came in at the same time… That was a little confusing.

Tolle Lage und super freundliches Personal! Auch das Frühstück war toll. Einziger Abzug dafür, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind und man sowohl nachts als auch früh morgens von knallenden Türen munter gehalten/geweckt wird und mit der Dusche überflutet man leider sehr schnell das komplette Badezimmer.

Good location, nice staff, a little loud

Location was great, staff were great, food was decent. Room was comfortable but wasn’t one large bed, just two singles pushed together which can be a little uncomfortable (falling down the middle!). The place was also quite loud - the floors were all tile so everything echoed throughout the hotel and the cleaners came around quite early. Also, a very minor thing but a heads up to people like myself I guess…. I chose this hotel over my other shortlisted ones because in the photos, it shows they have Rituals products in the bathrooms. They do not. I chose it because I have sensitive skin and I know it is ok with Rituals but instead they had some local brand.
