「This hotel is catered for the local community, the food and as not high quality, the amenities are lacking, the cleanliness is lacking, the gardens and green areas are not well taken care off, the high tea is laughable, pictures are very deceiving. Overall not what you would expect from a 5 Star hotel, my wife and I were very disappointed.」

I had to complain then they replaced the tubelight the next day. I had to use my phone flash light for the 1st day.」
