「I had contacted them multiple times to ensure that I had an airport pickup. There was no airport pickup and I had to wait a long time after re-contacting them at landing. And then the driver went and parked in parking and I had to walk over there in the extreme heat. This was completely unacceptable」

「Bedset was dirty when we checked in, but they changed it quickly when we pointed it out. The hotel was generally clean otherwise. The staff didn’t speak any English which made it very difficult to communicate with them, but they were generally friendly except for a couple of them who were very rude.
