「Rajmahal Palace is an outstanding heritage property and a true oasis in the heart of Jaipur. Stepping inside feels like entering another world, with incredible interiors, beautiful architecture and rooms full of character and grandeur. One disappointment was our room, which had no windows and therefore lacked natural light. It would have been wonderful to have the option of a room with windows. The gym could also benefit from some attention to bring it in line with the exceptional standard of...

「We loved this property as the Family & staff were so helpful & went out of their way to make sure we were happy & always there is we were having any difficulty calling the taxi & so on. They also have Cookery classes that you can join & that was such fun, Near by (walking distance) was a fantastic grocery store with all the spices you wished to buy to take home. 」

「very impresived of their room, a very big room and felt confortable to stay. also provided a fantasic breakfast. I would like to stay again if I travel in Jaipur next time.」

「Check on bathroom fittings and maintain them otherwise everything else is good」

「Excellent hotel Good location, handy to everything」

「Very bad experience, the front desk doesnt belive me there was paint smell, and let me wait for 20 mins in the room. Just a fast changing room will make things better. 」

「We had four nights in Suryaa Villa, Jaipur. We felt very peaceful and relaxed here, everything her were nice. Especially breakfast and hotel members. Thanks Suryaa Villa to bring me good memories of my journey.」

「Was ok ok... Considering the rate it was ok. Rooms were spacious with lots of decent furniture. Breakfast could have been better. 」

「They helped with an unexpected health emergency of a family member and the driver from the hotel was a blessing! Very helpful and true Rajasthani hospitality! Thank you Red Fox team 🙏」

「Large spacious room - not the cleanest. Booked a king size bed and got two singles pushed together. Hot water was problematic. Toilet kept running so we completely ran out of water the first day. 」

「The Shakun hotel is well located in the city and just slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main road; it's great for tour pick-ups and grabbing an Uber to dinner in the evening. The hotel is a little dated and perhaps not quite as grand as it once was. We travelled outside of peak season and it felt like the staff had been switched to a less experienced team who perhaps weren't as knowledgeable about service. However, they were always really friendly when we approached them. However,...

「The room should've been maintained properly」
