「Motel 8 breakfast, no stated "jacuzzy" just a dirty jetted tub in the room, no workout room as stated in the advertised section of Expedia. Coolest thing was a fire place in your room but that eventually got old. Stayed for 3 nights 2 we booked without Expedia, won't do that again. It's a must to book through a sight as it's sooo much cheaper. The comparison is, motel 6, with a fire place, in the middle of nowhere, with nothing to do, for a lot of money... plus they over charged us for a meal...

「Enjoyed the proximity to the Shakespeare festival. We walked to and from during the day. The breakfasts are lacking. I am gluten free and was not able to eat anything there. Helpful desk person as we checked in late after the play the first night. She opened the office for us and helped us get checked in. I don’t like the check in/checkout kiosk they want you to use now. I prefer talking to people in person at the office.」

「The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.」
