「The room was clean, the parking was easy, and the staff was friendly.」

「This is one of our favorite places to stay in Ashland. The place is well kept with large rooms and a good pool and hot tub. Bar and restaurant are nice. Only down sides are the additional charge for a pool view room and the discontinued breakfast buffet. The buffet was excellent pre-covid and when restarted after was still good. So sad it's gone.」

「The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.」

「The Help Desk staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and with answering questions about “missing” knife from knife set and instructions for TV. The room was clean overall with new utensils for the kitchen and blackout curtains. However, the lack of sufficient indoor lighting made the place feel like a cave even on sunny days. One concern was the number of flying insects hidden in the front curtains and one on one of the beds. When we killed it, it seemed bloated with what looked like...

「I checked in on June 8 and the girl that checked me in was very sweet. Love that there was complementary cookies in the lobby. The room was clean, it was nearby some convenient restaurants, I would definitely stay again.」

「Check in and out was so easy with friendly staff. The room was perfect for our stay with a kitchen table, fridge & coffee maker - comfy size for all. Walkable to and from town and parking was a cinch. We'll definitely be back!」

「A lovely place to land. Beautiful Victorian with a garden to relax in. The room was so comfortable (even had a window seat) and the food was great. As was each member of the staff.」

「Abigail's is a lovely B & B and the hosts are quite accommodating. We felt very welcome in their home and were provided several amenities including a blanket and seat cushions for the play we attended in the outdoor Elizabethan Theatre. 」

「#26 Loved the jacuzzi and real wood fireplace. The pool table in the basement was a bonus. Staff were all very nice. The fountains were useful to drown out the freeway and other noise. Breakfast was pretty good -look for the 1/2 servings of frittata. A bit dated and raggedy but cozy like visiting your favorite grandparents. Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough but we would stay again! Location was so convenient.」

「Hot tub, clean room, and helpful staff. The coffee maker needs to be replaced or at the very least thoroughly cleaned with a vinegar based solution. Not having coffee was tough but we managed. The land and space is truly special and I finished two books. Will be back!」
