"It is a lovely property with a great view. The cottage had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The cafe had great food and the prices were reasonable for the area. Only complaint was that the hot tub area did not have no-slip mats and with the water and cold the floor froze up and I fell and broke my arm. "The house was amazing, the check-in experience was awful. The house is loosely connected to the hotel which manages the check in, but the house is actually family run. The front desk agent was friendly, but had us sit for almost an hour without an update. The restaurant refused to book us stating we weren't part of the hotel, despite the fact that the front desk disagreed. The house made up for it."
