「Only complaint we had was no elevator and our room was on the second floor」

「酒店位置在主要街道上，周边有餐馆、银行、超市、加油站，生活便利。房间设施有些陈旧，但舒适、实用。前台服务人员态度很好，非常热情，我到达的时候已经是凌晨2:30，依然有人在等待，令我十分意外。早餐较简单，但有热食，还不错。酒店24小时提供免费咖啡，可以接热水，非常方便。免费停车，环境舒适，值得再次入住。」

「I paid for a one bedroom King suite, when I showed up to the hotel, they said that it wasn’t available. And the only thing that was available was the very basic room they offered. I paid $177 a night and the room they gave me was $52 a night. I still have not received a refund for the cost difference. There was no Manager available, and was told on a Friday when I checked in, that there would be no one to help or assist me until the Manager came back on Monday.」

「Was clean and big ol TV was nice. Food in the morning was available till around 11:00am. The breakfast area was clean and full of sustenance options. The key card and room door interface was confusing sadly. Staff was kind. We rolled in at half an hour to midnight, and were provided with the sheets for a couch.」

「We arrive very late that night. The property was very clean updated the breakfast wasn’t the best, but they did have prepared to go bag goodies for those who couldn’t stay for breakfast which I thought that was a very unique gesture and I had not seen that in different hotels.」

「Met the staff in the afternoon as she drove up and made sure we had access code to lock. When we asked about the breakfast, which was listed on the Expedia details, she said there was no breakfast. She did check back later in the early evening if we needed anything, we did not.」

「I am giving one star because this is a false booking. The people who run the Danville are no longer available, there is no website and no number to call. The property is now run by someone else, who was wonderful. 」
