「The staff was the highlight of the experience. The front desk lady was so very kind , friendly, patient and accommodating without hesitation. Pool was clean and open late which allowed my daughter to enjoy after arriving around 9pm. 12pm checkout time was an awesome bonus and they even allowed us an extra 30 min upon requesting. Room was cozy and glad they had fridge/microwave .Very grateful for staff and experience as a whole. 」

「Well as soon as we walked in we should had known that there would be problems. The smell of bleach. The loud people. Opened the door and immediately found Mo refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeemaker, broken microwave. I called the front desk and 30 minutes later we still hadn’t gotten a response. So I called the 800 customer service explained the situation and requested another room. So we were moved across the hall to a room that called itself “premium” what a joke! Bathroom door was in bad shape...

「Everything was clean, well decorated. The rooftop hot tub was a little more public than we were hoping for but once it got dark out it was fine. It wasn't a big deal to have to strip the bed, start the dishwasher, and take the garbage out to the dumpster, but for the price paid you'd think that would be included...or at the bare minimum this requirement should be listed BEFORE booking, rather than in the list of rules/requirements you receive after booking.
