Staff at the hotel were very professional throughout our stay. Our room allocation was very good. Very comfortable and well serviced. Whilst the food at times could be a little repetitive we always found something we enjoyed. The speciality station were very good. The grounds and the beach of the hotel were excellent.

Second time there. We enjoyed the room, the hospitality, the heated pool, the kids playground, and the food variety. The only downside was the kids club which didn’t do much activities. Overall, great place.

Hôtel avec pas trop d’ambiance il y’avait des animations le soir qui durait 30 min. Le matin on avait le droit à une danse de 4 min des animateurs puis plus rien .On n’a malheureusement pas trop senti la présence des animateurs. Ne propose pas les même services aux français qu’aux russe ou allemands on sent une différence dommage sinon dans le bungalow très propre spacieux. Un peu déçu par les petits déjeuners pas trop de variété et répétitifs. Sinon concernant les sévices de l’hôtel assez complet spa salle de sport ect et on imaginait les piscine plus grande sur les photos. Mais cela nous a pas empêchée d’apprécier l’Égypte

Consiglio di andarci! Ottimo in tutto! Sono rimasto sorpreso soprattutto dalla rapidità della lavanderia e dalla pulizia impeccabile dei bagni presente nel ristorante. Attenzione però ai taxi fuori dall'hotel, chiedono prezzi esagerati: bisogna sempre trattare.

جيد بصفه عامه و يتميز بالهدوء و النظافه و محاوله فريق العمل لتطويره و ارضاء العميل لكن يحتاج تدريب اسطف المطعم لاستقبال العميل بشكل مقبول يحتاج بعض التطورات الصغيره ليصل لمرتبه الفنادق المرموقه حيث يمتلك كافه الامكانات لذلك من موقع و مرافق و .. الي اخره

Dieses Hotel ist leider alles andere, als was auf dem Internet versprochen wird. - Empfang war schrecklich. - Internetzugang hat während 1 Woche nur 1x Funktioniert, ansonsten immer überlastet. Hygiene wird auf der Internetseite grossgeschrieben, in der Realität aber ein einziges Chaos: - Fremde Haare im Bett - Badezimmer war Schimmel und Sand von den Vorgängern zu finden - Buffet absolut Unlogisch aufgebaut, Nicht angeschrieben, Dreckig, klebrig. - Covid-Massnahmen werden absolut nicht umgesetzt. Das Essen schmeckt überall gleich, eine Kulinarische reise in die Ägyptische Kultur ist nicht vorhanden. Das Italia und das Orientalische Restaurant schmecken leider trotz grosser Bemühungen des Personals schlecht. Nach mehreren Gesprächen mit anderen Gästen mussten wir feststellen, dass wir nicht die einzigen waren, die mit den Leistungen NICHT zufrieden waren. Wir hatten das Glück mit dem Manager des Hotels zu sprechen. Frühstück wurde uns anschliessend aufs Zimmer gebracht und die Zimmer nochmals gründlich gereinigt. Das Essen war Leider nach wie vor nicht Essbar. Um dem Essen zu entkommen sind wir mehrmals in die Marina Hurghada (30min) gefahren. Von schönen Cocktails und vielfältigen Drinks war in der Lobbybar nichts zu sehen. Ob ein Gin, eine Pinacolada oder eine Caipirinha bestellt wurde, alles sah gleich aus und schmeckte nach nichts aussergewöhnliches. Wer in der Bar bedient werden möchte ist leider fehl am Platz.. Macht nicht den selben Fehler und geht woanders!!

لو خدمه الغرف افضل من ذلك كان الفدق يصبح رائع

الاقامه جيده وجميع افراد العاملين متعاونين والاكل جيد جدا والفندق يعمل علي تسهيل الاقامه بشكل مرضي والسعر مناسب جدا للخدمات المقدمه ولكن المراتب والمخدات قديمه وتحتاج الي التغيير وكذالك خدمه الغرف بها عجز في افراد الخدمه مقارنه بعدد النزلاء يبزلون اقصي طاقتهم ولكن حجم العمل اكبر من الطاقه فليس من المعقول ان يكلف عامل واحد بتنظيف 17 غرفه لوحده خلال اليوم مما يؤدي الي ازعاج النزلاء اوقات راحتهم حيث انه مستمر في العمل حتي الخامسه مساء

Hôtel tout inclus convenable

Hotel tres convenable pour un all inclusive. Si vous n'avez pas pris l'option, c'est 30$ en plus par jour. Clientelle russe et allemande. Au restaurant, il faut souvent faire la queue même pour avoir un verre d'eau. Pour la baignade a la plage, il faut aller au bout du ponton. Wifi de tres mauvaise qualité.

Nice view of the sea with remarkable landscape, and vert friendly staff. the food and the snacks buffets were not that good, you wouldn't expect a king bed to be on two mattresses in a five star hotel, which btw was not very comfortable, I also felt the fact that Wi-Fi was not free inside the rooms unnecessary
