Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water. 」

「For the price bracket, this was about as good as we could have hoped for a family break. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, the hotel was about the cleanest that I have seen in Egypt and the quality of the food was excellent, considering the buffet arrangements. Variety and quality of the alcoholic drinks was limited, but no more than to be expected from an all inclusive of this nature in Egypt, so hardly any real criticism. 」

Everything exceeded our expectations, from the warm welcome and professional staff to the beautiful room, excellent food, drinks, facilities and wonderful atmosphere throughout the resort. 「What I liked: food was good, staff were helpful, place was beautiful, nice looking room. What I didn’t like: had to ask reception twice to sort out my WiFi. No usb charging in the room. No parking for my car, had to park in the street. Very little entertainment. Afternoon kids club very boring no kids come or know about it, lady seemed to just wake up when we found the place.
