「We booked our hotel with Expedia. When I registered for the room I clicked the option to pay at facility. They ran my card for the price I was given prior to checking in. When we arrived at the facility around 10PM, I went into the lobby to get us checked in. The front desk attendant, Gary, was rude from the time I walked in the door. He asked for my name and before I could get my full name out he was asking for my ID. I provided him with my ID.Then he asked for my signature and payment. I...

「The property was in ok condition. There was mildew around the seal on the tub. The rest of the room was ok. The public spaces were a little run down with half ass repairs here and there. The breakfast was ok - it's a typical hotel breakfast with the addition of cooked to order eggs. The hotel requires both a copy of your photo ID and they take a photo of you upon check in. This was not disclosed at booking, but be aware of this.」
