There's a lot of shops nearby that people can choose to shop and eat. The parking is very slim and tight just enough for whoever stays here.

This location was extremely disappointing. Staff was kind but untrained and were not dressed professionally. Check-in took 15-20 minutes because staff was untrained and had no support. The lobby, dining area, elevators, and hallways are aged, dingy, dirty and damaged. My room looked like someone had recently booked it and not fully restocked. I didn’t have any of the basic toiletries like soap nor did I have more than 1 rag. The sofa in my room was dingy and stained. The room smelled moldy. There was barely any tissue on the roll and no replacement. There were sketchy looking people hanging outside at front door and going in/out lobby area. The pictures online are either doctored up or were taken decades ago. This is the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had and I will never stay again nor recommend it to anyone unless they do a major rehaul from staff to decor. I wanted a refund to go stay elsewhere honestly. Lots of shops nearby for food and shopping.

No soap in the room, half a role of toilet paper, not given enough towels and washcloths (4 people in the room) they gave us 2 sets, holes in the floor, we had to keep getting our key reprogrammed. Most of the Staff was not friendly or courteous. They tried to give me room where they had the leg of the bed propped up on small pieces of plywood. The blinds didn’t stay open for natural light we had to use something to hold them open. Many water stains in lamps and walls. Ac unit propped up and falling apart. It could be satisfactory if some love was put into it. But for now it’s a never AGAIN!

They never came to clean my room i paid damn near 200 for the room juss for my TV not to work nobody was ever at the front desk finally when someone did come she said someone was going to come look at it never did then I told the night shift older guy he said he was going to look at he never showed up they didn't have no face rags like it was terrible if I could give it a 0 I would like y'all need to either train again and remodel them cause that is just horrible

No pool breakfast was horrible first room looked like a crime scene second room was ok. Look like a crack hotel. Hallway had a horrible smell. No grab to go food in the market place. Front desk staff had bandannas on their heads had baby at the front desk. I would never stay there again. Tub water wouldn’t go down the drain while showering

room was missing towels, soap, coffee. Had to ask for all of these at the desk. Mattress cover was 2 twins put together on a king mattress, leaving a "hump" in the middle where it overlapped. Pitiful.

Room only cleaned one day. Had to constantly ask for towels. Hair in sink, after the room was supposedly cleaned. Roach in the stairwell. Sink faucet and drain in disrepair. Hair on the wall of bathtub, upon check in. Broken promises by staff. No soap in the room.

I stayed for 5 days and my room was only cleaned once. I was told that they don’t clean rooms on the weekend and then I was told I have to request a cleaning. However, I requested bed changing on Sunday and was told it would happen, but I had to change my own sheets on Sunday night. I had to ask for new towels and was told to put the old ones outside and they would bring new ones, but it did not happen. The sink stopper was broken and the faucet moved. The one day they did clean the room, they didn’t give me any soap. This was the worse stay in a hotel that was a part of a legitimate chain. The breakfast was not as depicted in the pictures and on Saturday, they started putting the food away at 9:30, when it was supposed to end at 10. About half of the staff were excellent and the other half had attitudes and broke their word. The only reason I didn’t change hotels is that I was traveling for work and was too busy to try to make a move. I just reverted to my military mode and roughed it out, but I shouldn’t have to do that. I need at least a partial refund for this horrible experience. I almost forgot about the hair on the tub wall, the first night went to take a bath. And the hair in the sink, after they supposedly cleaned the room. And the roach in the stairwell.

Room dirty linen dirty air conditioning dirty tub dirty carpet have stains all throughout the room This hotel needs a remodel. The lady at the front desk was nice and accommodating but I just couldn’t stay there it was just too dirty I wasn’t comfortable.
