While the staff was friendly, everything else about this property was terrible unfortunately. I would not describe it as a family-friendly hotel. Not located in a very good area (strip joints just around the way). Didn’t have cribs available even though the booking site said they did. Staff used strong profanity while conversing with you. And the breakfast offered had a number of issues - only refrigerated item offered was butter, so no yogurt or milk or cream cheese for the bagels, no plates or forks, no creamer for the coffee. I am not a person to leave negative reviews so I feel bad doing this, but I wish someone would have left a review for families so I would’ve known not to book here. The room itself was damp the entire time, and multiple things were broken - dresser drawer handles, clock, phone, toilet paper dispenser, a light, some outlets. The sofa had large discolored stains - I’m talking large like as big as my 4 year old child. And the beds are very small. We had two adults and four children staying in our room and were only given two towels and an almost empty, tiny shampoo bottle. Don’t book here. Oh and there was a partially eaten pop tart on the floor of our room (not ours).

Me and my friend checked in and didn't have any towels nor tissue. Called the front desk and the clerk brought some up. Once i took my shower and it was time to dry off I noticed this big black object smashed into the towel. I was discussed.

WHAT WAS NOT LIKED ABOUT THE PROPERTY: Unhealthy conditions unatonable comfort. 1. Facility needs overall renovations. 2. Toilet flushometer continually flushing(i.e. every 5 to 10 minutes.) 3. Mold and mildew in both assigned bathrooms(i.e. 104 and 101) 4. Bulbs missing from desk lamps. 5. Water from the room directly above leaking into bathroom whenever a shower was taken. 6. Torn bed sheet(at the foot of bed in room 104). 7. Missing iron/board in room 101. 8. Lack of sufficiently appointed towels. 9. Room window poorly installed. Sealant from the original window still visible. Hence, worm crawling on the wall prior to new room assignment. 10. Need for proper signage. During breakfast, I received a phone call. I stepped outside for privacy while speak about business. There was no sign that the door, in the dining area, was not functioning properly and should not have been opened. 11. T.V. in both rooms were not easily connected. 12. The 'TELL TALE OF THE ENTIRE SITUATION': In the corridor, nearest 104, the drop ceiling tiles had been removed. A bucket was catching water............... Can you imagine. Personnel were overly professional and courteous! We were not belligerent. On balance, the personnel were exceptionally responsive to our concerns. Going forward, I would not in good conscious recommend your hotel to anyone, even an enemy.

I called before the stay to ensure our late check in was okay. I was told it would be, a note was added to our booking. I arrived with sleeping kids in the car and the room I was charged for was full. I had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night.

If you need stay there you might want think about

Well the from people was great. The room were different from pictures. Mold on the shower. Couch was uncomfortable. Elevator was schechy. Breakfast was horrible.

My horrible stay in Huntsville

Very small pillows dingy pillow cases hair in the bed like the bed hadn’t been changed paint falling off the wall, no towels all weekend said they were going to bring towels never did had to go by had to go buy pillows and a sheet set stains all over the couch all out horrible stay I have stayed there before which was last year and it was perfect. They said change in management swimming pool out of commission. This day was just horrible and all the hotels around us were booked so we couldn’t switch

Meh is all I got.

Couch is advertised to be a pull out couch, instead it was a trundle bed with no sheets or pillows. When we asked for sheets and pillows we were told they did not have any clean ones to give us. We were a party of five per our booking and we had two set of towels given to us. We requested more and were again told us they had no clean ones. On the second night we asked again for towels and were told we could have two bath towels. We had to purchase our own wash cloths from the Dollar General. Breakfast was a repeat for the most part. No milk but the cereal was out. We had purchase our own milk and kept it in the in room fridge. Pool is drained for repairs and towels are not being cleaned and refreshed, so I guess they are saving a ton of water!

We checked in around 3:30 pm, and there wasn't any towels,washcloth or toilet tissue paper in the bathroom. We went downstairs and the front desk manager said they would bring us some, they never did. We left to go shopping and when we returned they still didn't put any in our room. Rm 217. I went downstairs and got some from the front desk clerk. The hotel has run down since I last stayed there years ago. Poor management, carpet needs cleaning and the ice maker on the floor didn't work.
