「The location was perfect! The fact there was AC during a heatwave was an added bonus. Definitely upgrade to the breakfast buffet: well worth it!」

「We had an amazing night staying in the deluxe suite and it was spectacular. The room in the accommodations could not have been better. The staff in the bar, restaurant and hotel were all very nice and happy to help in any request that we had. Food restaurant was great and the atmosphere was terrific – definitely check out the Abbey directly across the street.」

「It does exactly what it says on the tin. I always stay here during Henley royal regatta. It’s not cheap and this time the room was a bit small, but generally it’s all good. Staff were super nice. For me, a bonus is having Waitrose and another supermarket just a few minutes away. Means I don’t have to buy hotel food.」

「Reasonable hotel. Friendly staff. Room was a bit small as half the room was restricted by the eaves of the building. Room was clean, bathroom ok but shower strength was a bit weak. Bar barely stocked as most beers on tap not available. Overall an average hotel stay」

「Great suite,room 140.Beautiful place.Great food. Stayed for 2 nights.Our suite was not cleaned after the first night.I told the receptionist.She said they had been having problems !.They did not offer me a discount.」

「Offered upgrade to suite with either river or weir views and ended up near the bridge overlooking the entrance. That said the suite was lovely although 2 of the TV's werent working, a cupboard door was broken and there was insufficient toilet roll. tea/coffee selection was poor and what there was, was insufficient. If iy wasnt for the location which is amazing and the local town, the hotel would score badly.」

「Beautiful cosy double room full of amenities, mini bar, fridge and Nespresso machine, and fresh milk! Lovely modern bathroom. Rooms hot in the heatwave we are experiencing but a fan was provided and I took my own. Hotel provided extra bottled cold water to help which was a nice touch. Loved the local honey given as a gift in the rooms. Had dinner and breakfast. Both very good. Lovely staff team too. Would highly recommend」
