「We had a fantastic stay at Chapter House. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Main Street with plenty of great food options nearby. Breakfast each morning was delicious and a lovely way to start the day. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when the wine tram was fully booked. They took the time to explain our options, which we really appreciated. We opted for the tuk tuk instead and would highly recommend it. 「Warm welcome. Beautifully decorated room with all the necessary features. Very comfortable bed and flexible bathroom (small point- water pressure in the bath could be better). The plunge pool was relaxing with enough chezlongue for all guests. Food was very good with an interesting contrast between Epice and Protege. 「Average stay at a good location close to franschhoek town and also the tram station. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean the first night and we had to request for a change on the second. There’s a small pool however we didn’t really get a chance to use it because there are only a limited amount of beach chairs and guests seemed to be lurking around and jumping to it whenever one became available. Management should consider having a few more chairs there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 」
