nice room but balcony door didn't shut very well and quite noisey ( we didn't mention this and staff were apologetic )
We also paid for a mountain view which was oversold ( room 2) but the staff were very good and room was comfortable 」

「 No views at all unless you class a brick wall as a view. Property perfunctory and more like a backpackers place. Very noisy due to some exuberant neighbours. Staircase creased and fridge kept going off and on during the night. Most disappointing was the TV. Tho it had every channel under the sun apparently, including DSTV none of it was accessible unless you brought your own streaming access!」

「Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the outside of the hotel is also really beautiful. Unfortunately the rooms themselves need to be improved, in ours the carpet and bedding were both stained, and our bathroom drains smelled horrible and were pretty blocked.」
