「Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. We had the best time, visited moray Mara’s ollantaytambo and stopped for beers at a local brewery. Had the best time. Staff were also very accommodating, shout out to Gabby and Juan Carlos! 「Perfect place to relax prior to visiting Machu Picchu or any excursion. Everything we needed was provided. They even arranged car service from Cusco. The location is prefect! I really loved hearing the river outside our room. Shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. 5 stars!!!」
