The location is perfect and we enjoyed the views and the sound of the river just out our window. Service was mediocre: We communicated in advance to have a hair dryer and water kettle for coffee, and cream/milk. None was in the room. We had to remind them and even go down to the reception desk late ...

Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. ...
