We were being neglected by one of the server at dinner table, after h found out the circumstance , he immediately personally intervened to solve the issue in a very professional way. "We stayed there for a total of 14 days. The room is very spacious and the staff is very friendly. Everyone is so helpful and going out of their way to help us. The location is great with lots of food and shopping. There’s the MRT, train and high speed train station right below the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Amazing stay at Amba. Right next to Songshan station, 7 mins ride to Taipei Station. super convenient! Amazing view viewing the 101 building from the room. Spatial, everything was new and clean, amazing breakfast!!! Definitely staying here again for my next visit! Loved it, the also provide brand new flip flops to hotel guests, and you may take them away as a souvenir. "
