Great hotel for good value. Very cozy and spacious room. Highly recommended for business and solo traveler. The only Con is the hotel don’t have gym fitness access

The hotel is dated that’s for sure . One would think that a hotel room that costs $150 USD a night would have a window that faces something ... not a cold dark wall. The bed is uncomfortable . The carpet gave me a severe rash (my fault too for not wearing slippers but really the carpet was gross ) There are better options in Hsinchu Avoid here at all cost

great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. One thing tough, it's a non-smoking hotel, but I kept smelling smoke + air freshener. I think it's the problem of the building though..

Bathtub curtain stinks
The hotel self shows its age, but the overall staffs really tried to show their great hospitality. The room is old, clean and classical. The bed is a little bit too small but comfy. The toilet smells, especially the bathtub curtain, which really needs to be changed.

Convenient and comfortable hotel
This is my first time try this hotel. I used to stay some other hotels around this area but never had a chance to stay in lakeshore. But I was impressed by their service, always approach and help carry your luggage when you step out taxi, I always get greeting just step in and came out of elevator. The room are clean, I didn’t have chance to try their food, but overall I like this hotel.
