The surrounding area don’t have any shop even if it’s 7 eleven or family mart. The hotel also won’t provide bottle drink. Need to go lobby to fill water with own bottle from drinking machine. However the hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. One more important thing is the hotel provides the transport to Taoyuan airport for free with scheduled time.

1- To have ADA rooms in the hotel to accommodate wheelchair access and disabled people accommodations: Incase of fire how is disabled person evacuation possible on ten floors room? 2. Also to have basic hygiene products in the bathroom. They the only holiday in I have ever seen selling clients tooth paste and tooth brush. 3. Also the only holiday inn without breakfast included. Also 4. Hotel is located in dead remote area.

Everything was wonderful with the one exception that they no longer pick up guests at the airport, only drop off. They said there were too many no prior call cancellations causing extra time and expense for drivers. To which I’d only suggest that they require credit card to confirm. No shos would still get charged. . The room itself was very clean, comfortable, good WiFi, good quality television, nice shower, friendly staff.
