"The phone didn’t work in the room and when I called from my cell phone they said they would call me to place my room service. Knuckleheads called the room….obviously it didn’t work! And the bathroom light was like a strobe light….flickered the whole time"

"The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund."
