"There was some dirt on the floor. Only 2 towels in the room was unfortunate for my wife who uses 2 (hair & body). But, the staff were great, the room was nice, check-in was easy, breakfast was good. "

"Had a wonderful staycation at Webbers. They have a wonderful steakhouse that’s attached to the hotel which is convenient and the food is delicious. That has a sauna, which are great features to a hotel a beautiful, beautiful bathroom with a heated toilet which is great for the ladies over all a very Good relaxing visit definitely would recommend"

"We love The Bell Tower Hotel. Great location for anything at UofM. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby feels like I’m visiting my well-coifed, classy grandmother’s home - complete with delicious fresh baked cookies. The hotel is neat, clean, and very quiet. Absolutely a gem in Ann Arbor! "

"We received complimentary nights from the manager due to issues during our first night. I really appreciated the level of customer service and hospitality. The property is clean comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and served fresh and hot. Staff was helpful, friendly and was willing to assist when needed. I would definitely recommend this property. I haven’t received this level of customer service at any other hotel property in a long time and was appreciative of the superb level of service. "
