The room was very clean, breakfast is good, and the staff were friendly. However, there were no cleaning supplies (such as soap, shower caps, body lotion, etc.) in the room when we checked in. We had to apply for them at the front desk ourselves.

There were spots on the sheets, and the door did not sit properly in its frame. The heater was also quite loud. However, the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast was the same everyday. The front desk staff, when available, were hospitable and welcoming but a lot of times during the day they were completely unavailable- not present. My room had clean bedding and a clean coffee pot and surface areas but the bathroom had random hair all over and the shower floor was almost black with dirt from feet that has built up on the textured/non-slip area which definitely could use some detailed attention. Overall it was satisfactory and I did extend my stay (business stay), it just needs some attention to detail and possibly a less busy day staff so that no one ends up unintentionally ignored or business actually missed.

Pool was freezing. Hot tub shut down for “maintenance”. Our hotel room was absolutely disgusting- dirty walls, dirty floors, there was ground beef and cheese from what Im guessing a taco from previous guests all over under the nightstand and the drawer of the night stand, bath tub not cleaned previously, room smelled of funk, and our smoke detector was wrapped in plastic!!!!!!
