My room situated on the ground floor next to the wooden stairs. You can always hear people stepping up floor/ talking outside your room. The aircon is quite noisy too.」

「The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently within walking distance of Queen’s University. Breakfast was a wonderful experience, with a great variety of options to choose from. Unfortunately, we had to rush through breakfast due to our schedule, but we wished we had more time to slow down and truly savour the experience. Overall, a lovely stay.」

「Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Didn’t expect much and received exactly as expected. Advertised as having a hot tub along with pool on the website but there was no hot tub on premises. Bed was alright, bathroom updated, room and hotel overall needs some work. For the price ($600+ for two nights) I was expecting more. Would not book again.」
