"While the room was clean, it was not quite as nice as a Best Western or more modern motel. But it served its purpose as all we needed was a bed at night as we spent most of our time outside sitting next to the bluff that overlooked the ocean. What was particularly nice was hearing the waves at night while we slept. The restaurant was superb with meals that were very, very well done. Only negative comment is that we would recommend skipping cocktails (except for the Mimosa) as the Cosmopolitan that my wife ordered had to be the most watered down cocktail we've ever seen. It looked like colored water."

"We stayed for three days with our one year old and two year old while getting work done on our house. The beautiful large gardens were great for letting the kids let off steam and run around, and were lit up at night which was great. The labyrinth of room corridors were also the kids favorite to explore. Breakfast was vintage but abundant and the two year old loved the waffle making machine. The whole stay was delightful but very vintage! Windows needed a clean from the outside but apart from that our room was immaculate and very comfortable. I’d happily stay there again. We had fun."
