"Every front desk receptionist was kind and helpful. Special shoutout to Kasandra for going above and beyond to make guests happy, comfortable and satisfied. I can tell she is just a light! She deserves a raise if you do that sort of thing!!!!! Read reviews about roaches so I was quite apprehensive and nervous prior to check in but we stayed on the third floor for 6 nights and were more than comfortable. The room was VERY clean and we did not see any bug or critter of any sort while staying. I would reccomend the non smoking top floor to anyone staying. One thing to note is that there were a bit of disturbances during the evening with other guests or dogs barking when they hear a door but wouldnt say it made my experience any less than. Also the shower pressure wasnt amazing and we even had it just dripping out at one point while on full blast but it did not last long. AC/HEAT work almost too good lol but everything down to the cable tv was great. 10/10 would reccomend"

"After checking in our first night, my husband and I went out with family to dinner. When we arrived back around 9:30 pm, I discovered used and unopened condoms on the nightstand by the alarm clock. We notified the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do because the housekeeping staff had gone for the day. They brought us extra towels which didn't help. Good thing I travel with Clorox wipes. The next morning we spoke with a manager who moved us to another room. The rest of the stay was fine."

"We had a suite. It was very nice. The pool was “under maintenance” which was pretty upsetting for the kids. The pool was on and looked perfect but we weren’t able to use it. The person at the front desk had no idea when it would be ready. "
