DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Houston by the Galleria
“Suites” were out dated, smell of old water and stained sofas. We had two rooms and the “studios” were remodeled and much more clean. Don’t recommend suites and staff was overall pretty rude and annoyed.

The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
The two biggest issues are related; the parking is $34/night and they have no airport shuttle. So, if you are coming in for an event at the hotel, your best bet may be a $50-$60 rideshare.
