"Some of The room doors have push button locks and don’t close completely shut. The staff moved us to a room with card access to make sure we were safe. Some rooms are currently in renovation."

"I had a strange experience with the bar staff. I reported it to the manager who handled it well. But the Four Seasons no longer has the 5 star service it had when I was younger. They need to address that, retrain, and use spotters to root out those that don't make the cut."

"There are restaurants all within a few blocks .. we usually have no complaints about this hotel except elevator is incredibly slow but we just use the stairs, but this time check in was an hour past time and at these prices a free drink or something would have been nice, also had to call desk twice for safe not functioning. Three days and no housekeeping at all.. Plus was the valet staff… They had excellent service.. overall we would stay again but next time will stay else where.."
