This was my first time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and I immensely enjoyed my stay. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I would also say that the beds were so comfortable and cozy. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Everything was good, the only issue is that when booking there is a touchless option available that allows you to pick your room but when i arrived the digital key was not sent to my device resulting in having to go to the front desk for assistance. So much for "skipping the line" as it is stated on the app.

A pesar de la satisfacción de las instalaciones no puedo dejar de llamar la atención por lo complicado que fue realizar el cambio de una habitación con cama king a otra de dos dobles, a pesar de que tenían sobrada disponibilidad, más de una hora para lograrlo,mostrando poca consideración al servicio al cliente aún cuando tenía claro que debía pagar una diferencia.

Seems to have changed in management/owners. We have visited this location many times due to travel baseball. This will be our last time. Rude staff, rooms not cleaned properly.

The carpet and bathroom floors were dirty and in need of vacuuming.The ice machines were turned off on every floor, We were unable to locate a luggage cart on any of the seven floors I was then informed that the hotel only had two carts .

Overall, excellent. My dry cleaning was very delayed but not the fault of the hotel. The Hotel manager personally delivered this to me, after I had to check out. This was very much appreciated.

It was very clean and the bathroom was nice. Initially i was placed on a connected room which i didn't request but the front office worked with me and managed to switch me to a different room.

The Room was big and spacious. It was clean. However there was nobody to help with luggage. With a Kid and large luggage I would expect that with the amount of money paid. There was no water in the room. Downstairs there was free coffee which was ok. Parking was easy and ample.Checkin and Checkout was easy and quick.

I was disappointed in my stay this time around. We come to Houston for cancer treatment every three months and we always stay here. This time the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of night and we woke sweating. The front desk did not seem helpful about the situation. Also, there was light on in the room that would turn off. This is the first time we stayed on the second floor and we’re not sure if that is why it was different experience for us.

the hotel was fine, but needs to step up on cleanness, and also staff on weekends should have their hotel tags so you can identify them.

Run away from this hotel
The hotel was empty and I was not able to check in at 12h, which is before official check in time but pretty standard thing to do. When I checked in at 15h, there was a line of 5 people in front of me and just one staff working, so I needed to wait 30+ minutes in line. My a/c was not working and Houston was on a 105 degree day - no response from the front desk and they just sent out a technician on my third attempt. They also charge for water bottles... Not recommended AT ALL
